Like everyone else in the world, Bill Quain had to adapt new strategies for communicating with his audiences. In summer 2020, Bill was scheduled to speak in Tulsa, Oklahoma – to a live audience. Needless to say, the live presentation was cancelled, so Bill went to work to create a hybrid presentation. The Event was a two-day training and awards recognition workshop, for about 300 people. Bill was scheduled to make two presentations, over two days. His topic was “Wake Up & Selfie.” What did Bill do to make it all happen, even if it had to be on Zoom? He broke his presentation into 7 videos, and the client showed them throughout the weekend. Below are two of those videos.
In addition, Bill created a series of “Plays” for their Playbook, and released them to the participants, for six weeks after the Event! This extended the impact of the Event, and gave the client exceptional value for their investment in Bill. Below are two of Bill’s favorite Plays.
Who Will You Be When The Masks Come Off: how to survive any disruption and come back better than before – The Presentation
In order to make his presentations interactive, and easy-to-use on Zoom technology, Bill created a hybrid format for his latest talk, “Who Will You Be…” – taken directly from his brand-new book of the same title. Using both in-person tactics, combined with Zoom technology to capture interactions with the audience, Bill sets up pre-recorded/LIVE hybrid presentations. Here are two videos that Bill pre-recorded, and then presents live. This is one great talk, and a real bonus for the participants.
